Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) - Gothic church, one of the most prominent symbols of the city. Its two towers are a characteristic feature of the city skyline. In 1818, it became a bishop's cathedral.

Marienplatz - central square in Munich. It is surrounded by historic buildings, such as the town hall with the Glockenspiel clock. Twice a day, life-size historical figures on the clock play out scenes from the city's history.

National Museum of Bavaria (Bayerisches Nationalmuseum) – here you can admire one of the most extensive collections of sculptures and decorative arts in the world.

Odeonsplatz - an elegant square lined with historic buildings, including the Feldherrnhalle and the Theatinerkirche.

The German Museum (Deutsches Museum) - one of the largest science and technology museums in the world, offering exhibitions dedicated to science, technology and industry.

Residenz - royal palace, former residence of Bavarian dukes, electors and kings, with richly furnished rooms, art collections and beautiful gardens.

Englischer Garten - one of the largest city parks in the world, known for its relaxing atmosphere, lake and surfers on Lake Eisbach.

Alte Pinakothek - an art museum focusing on European painting from the 14th to the 18th century, including works by artists such as Albrecht Dürer, Rembrandt and Rubens.

Viktualienmarkt square - market place with a wide selection of fresh food, flowers and local specialties. You can shop here every day except Sundays and holidays.

Allianz Arena - Modern football stadium home team FC Bayern Munich, with futuristic design and color changing LED panels. It can hold almost 80,000 spectators.

Karlsplatz (Stachus) - a large square in the center of Munich named after Karl Theodor. with a nearby shopping center. Below the square you will find the U-Bahn and S-Bahn city transport stops.
