In the immediate vicinity you find the Oktoberfest and the St Paul church. The nearest underground station is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you to all of the city's main points of interest. The main railway station is just an 8-minute walk away (or one stop by underground).

Nice place for the price. The staff was extremely helpful with restaurants, directions, tours, etc. In-room kitchette was nice, but did not include pots or microwave which limited its usefulness. Next to a subway station, so buy a public transport pass if you are staying more than a couple of days. It is about 1 km from the main train station, so you can walk it, but it can be hard with luggage. It is located right next to a church which chimes every quarter hour from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., so if you like to sleep in on vacation, this may not be the place for you. There is no a/c, so you have to open the windows in summer.
