The hotel is located in the north of "Schwabing". The "Englische Garten" is only 5 walking minutes from the hotel. The popular "Leopoldstraße" with numerous shops and restaurants is two stops away from the hotel. The "Marienplatz" is only 8 minutes, the exhibition area of Munich is 20 minutes away by underground. Both areas, the M,O,C, and the famous soccer stadium, the "Allianz Arena" is 2,5 km north of the hotel. With easy access to the motorway, yet most of the hotel rooms are quiet.
