Celkový dojem je dobrý, celková spokojenost, ochota zaměstnanců, výborná poloha v centru, blízkost metra. Výborná, bohatá snídaně. Celkově příjemná atmosféra.

Problém s parkováním, vjezd do garáží, je jen po obdržení klíče na recepci, což je pro jednoho cestujícího a zároveň řidiče obtížné řešení. Musí auto zaparkovat na rušné ulici v centru, dojít si pro klíč, sám si otevřít klíčem el. vrata a vjet do podzemní garáže.
Trošku je v pokojích, které jsou směrem na ulici rušno.
