Munich Airport Franz Josef Strauss is located approx. 30 km in the northeast of Munich Center, which means about 40-50 Minutes to drive by car, TAXI, BUS or S-BAHN car - depends on traffic situation.

In front of each Arrival-Hall you´ll find official Taxis. The fixed price for a ride to Munich Trade fair Area is € 48 per person, the average rate from Munich Main Railway Station to Munich Airport is abaout € 55. Buses:

There are regular Shuttle-Buses from the Airport via Munich-North to Munich Main Railway Station.

S-Bahn:

The S-Bahn needs about 40 - 45 Minutes from Munich Airport to Munich Main Railway Station - it connects you with the modern Public Transportation System of Munich.
