Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 16 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
